Was just reviewing some metrics for a few clients recently and came across something worth sharing with you…
One of my clients received 122 initial consultation bookings automatically, in a short period of just four months!
He did it organically without spending a penny on ads, AND while working part-time hours in his business.
It averages around 30 bookings per month and 7 per week.
And since momentum’s built up, this system continues to generate consultations for him, even if he stops working.
This is what he sees when he searches his inbox for consultations:
If you’re working every hour under the sun just to scrape 2-3 consultations per week then you’re probably wondering how the heck he achieved such results?
I’ll tell you, but you might not believe it:
All he did was post short videos (< 10 minute) on Youtube approximately once a week.
I’m not kidding.
In four months, he posted one video per week on average.
That means each video pulled in about 6 consultations.
If he was paying for ads, he would have spent thousands per week to generate this number of consultations (and that’s conservative considering industry standards).
That’s not including production costs for a well-designed marketing campaign which would’ve gone well into the thousands also.
In fact, in terms of production quality, most of these videos were captured with his phone while he had a few spare minutes in his day!
No fancy lighting, editing or post-production; just really basic videos signposting his audience on where to go to solve their problem.
Viewers who were interested saw the video, clicked on a link in the description, completed an application form and scheduled a time for their consultation.
He’d get a notification in his inbox, alongside answers to the questions on the application form.
It was up to him to review the application and decide whether he’ll take the time to do the call or not.

He didn’t have a gargantuan online following to get these results.
In fact, when he started offering consultations he had less than 1,000 subscribers.
Despite the tiny list, he had hoards of potential clients clamouring to learn more about working with him.
That’s the power of marketing done right.
It doesn’t have to be fancy, loud or pretentious. It just needs to communicate the right message to the right people in the right way.
